How
much is shipping?
We offer FREE FedEx Standard Ground shipping for orders over
$99. Free Shipping offer is valid on all orders more than
$99 shipped in the continental United States and applies to
Standard Ground shipping orders only.
Orders less than $99 will be charged the following:
FedEx Ground ~ $10 flat rate
FedEx 2nd Day ~ $20 flat rate
You have the option to place your order online and pick it up
from our lounge at no charge. We are located at 80 East
2nd Street (between First and 2nd Avenue), New York, NY 10003.
Where can I ship to?
Velvet Cigar orders are shipped via FedEx within the continental
United States. Shipments of orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshal Islands, Northern Mariana
Islands, Samoa and any P.O. boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal
Service Priority Mail and orders will be shipped. FedEx delivery
options are not available for these destinations. Please allow 5
to 10 business days for delivery to the destinations.
Due to increased security in Customs, we do
not ship to any international locations at this time.
When
will my order ship?
Depending on availability, orders processed by 12:00 p.m. CST,
Monday through Friday (except holidays) will ship within 24 to
48 hours (contingent upon availability). No orders are processed
on weekends or holidays.
FedEx Ground ~ within 7 business days
FedEx 2nd-Day ~ within 2 business days
(Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days)
We will send you a tracking number once
your order is shipped. You can then track your shipments online
at
FedEx.com.
